With the holidays right around the corner, sometimes you just need to take a night to relax and hear some good live music. That's why you're invited to Christmas Jazz Night. Sit back and listen to a pro jazz quartet play some tunes old and new, as well as share some personal anecdotes. Seating is first come first served, so while it's fine to come late, you might want to come early! 😉 Finally, this event is totally free of charge. So come out! It's going to be a great night. 🎄

4歳からピアノを始め、12歳でフルートに転向。高校卒業まで続ける。15歳で吹奏楽部を通してドラムと出会う。その後大学でジャズ研に入り在学中にプロ活動を始める。現在はラグジュアリーホテルでのレギュラーバンドのリーダーとしてバーで国内外のゲストに向けてジャズを中心に演奏している。
I started playing the piano at the age of 4, then switched to the flute at 12, continuing until I graduated from high school. At 15, I discovered the drums through the brass band club. After that, I joined a jazz club in college and began working professionally while still a student. Currently, I am the leader of a regular band at a luxury hotel, performing primarily jazz for both domestic and international guests at the bar.

立命館大学卒 大学在学中よりJazzを中心に演奏活動を始める。2013年より9年間、京都祇園の老舗ナイトクラブ「Selected Repos」のハウスバンドのリーダーを務め、本場ラスベガスより招聘した歌手のショーを行うニューヨークでのバンド単独公演、ベトナム/台湾/中国/韓国で開催されたSwing Festivalへの出演、イタリアシチリア島での演奏など、各地で演奏活動を行う現在はJazz、Pops、Rock、和楽器、ダンサーとのコラボレーション等、ジャンルを問わず様々なアーティストと共演している。
Graduated from Ritsumeikan University. Started performing mainly Jazz while still in university. From 2013, for nine years, served as the leader of the house band at the long-established nightclub "Selected Repos" in Kyoto's Gion district, performing shows with singers invited from Las Vegas. Has performed solo concerts in New York, participated in Swing Festivals held in Vietnam, Taiwan, China, and South Korea, and played in Sicily, Italy. Currently collaborates with various artists across genres, including Jazz, Pops, Rock, traditional Japanese instruments, and dancers.

ジャズコントラバス奏者 1984年4月22日、大阪府生まれ。 2012年に上京、国内外のトップミュージシャンと共演を重ねる。 2021年1stアルバム『FAMILY DIARY』をリリース。2023年よりコントラバス独奏ライブ活動を開始。2024年春より、拠点を大阪に移す。リノベーションしたバンで全国各地をまたにかけた演奏活動を開始する。TURTLE RECORD、OSAKA JAZZ SCHOOLを運営する。
Jazz double bass player, born on April 22, 1984, in Osaka Prefecture. Moved to Tokyo in 2012 and has performed with top musicians both in Japan and abroad. Released his first album FAMILY DIARY in 2021. In 2023, he began solo double bass performances, and in the spring of 2024, he relocated back to Osaka. He will embark on a nationwide tour, performing in various locations using a renovated van. He also runs TURTLE RECORD and OSAKA JAZZ SCHOOL.
